Senior Fullstack Developer

Hilversum - As a full-stack developer you work hard on making Independer.nl better, faster and responsive. You don't do this alone, but always within one of our 9 (international) scrum teams. Our multidisciplinary teams consist of developers (front and back end), testers, designers and product owners. Together you tackle several major key projects and our ongoing migration to the cloud.

What will you do as a Senior Fullstack Developer

You can count on working with tools and techniques like C#, .NET 10, Angular 19 onwards, TypeScript (JavaScript), Nx and SASS. And after our migration to the cloud we're focusing on Azure, App Services en YAML pipelines.

Specifically:

• You want to make a valuable contribution to the website – you contribute from your expertise, plan and execute own tasks, respect the 'Definition of Ready' and the 'Definition of Done'. You understand stakeholder and customer requirements.

• You strive for predictability & stability – you deliver reliable, high quality software. You bring working software to production while improving the way we work. The deliverables are aligned with our product strategy and seen from a customer perspective.

Furthermore, you are curious about the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) aspects for your own area of expertise.

What we're looking for in a new colleague?

• You're 5+ years active as a Fullstack Developer/ Software Engineer.

• You have a good understanding of Internet technology and software development in general (C#, .NET, ASP.NET MVC, OOP, SQL etc.)

• In terms of frontend, you bring experience and interest in Angular (modern), Javascript and Typescript.

• You take initiative, you are stress resistant and accurate.

• You are eager to get started, but always want to know the why.

• Furthermore, we find it important that you can teach us something and can enthusiastically tell us about other projects you've done.

• A big advantage would be if you have experience with: .NET CORE, Azure and StoryBook.
