Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

• Realisatie van complexe, cross-functionele technologieprojecten of conceptstudies in nauwe samenwerking met productmanagement.

• Transparante, cascade evaluatie van verschillende turbineconcepten op het gebied van LCoE, tijdlijn, budget en risico's voor doelgerichte managementbeslissingen.

• Realisatie van de projectscope om de doelstellingen te behalen met een cross-functioneel projectteam (R&D, inkoop, productie, service, transport, installatie).

• Evalueren en optimaliseren van turbineconfiguraties en organiseren van de overdracht aan het productontwikkelingsteam volgens het ontwikkelingsproces.

• Waarborgen van transparantie in de voortgang van het project en vroegtijdige identificatie van uitdagingen, evenals het initiëren van een oplossingsgerichte escalatie van kritieke vraagstukken.

• Verantwoordelijkheid voor projectresultaten, budget en kwaliteit.

Wat vragen wij van jou

• Een afgeronde Bachelor of Master opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde, industrieel ingenieur, informatica of gelijkwaardig.

• Ervaring in projectmanagement is verplicht, bij voorkeur met PM-certificering,

• Zeer goede schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden.

• Hoge kwaliteitsbewustzijn en assertiviteit.

• Zeer goede kennis van de Engelse en Nederlandse of Duitse taal, gecombineerd met interculturele ervaring.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technology Project Manager.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Realisation of complex, cross-functional technology projects or concept studies in close cooperation with product management.

• Transparent, cascaded evaluation of various turbine concepts in terms of LCoE, timeframe, budget and risks for targeted management decisions.

• Realisation of the project scope to meet the objectives with a cross-functional project team (R&D, procurement, production, service, transport, installation).

• Evaluate and optimise turbine configurations and organise handover to the product development team according to the development process.

• Ensuring transparency of project progress and early identification of challenges as well as initiating a solution-oriented escalation of critical issues.

• Responsibility for project results, budget and quality.

What we ask of you

• Bachelor or Master's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, information technology or equivalent.

• Project management experience is mandatory, preferably with PM certification.

• Very good written and spoken communication skills.

• High quality awareness and assertiveness.

• Very good knowledge of the English and Dutch or German language combined with intercultural experience.
