HBO Student Engineer for Monitoring
Join our innovation team as a HBO Student Engineer and be at the forefront of revolutionizing crane operations at harbor container terminals.
Our developed software provides a comprehensive overview and monitoring of complex systems, managing warnings, controls, and real-time status updates from the PLCs. In this role, you will contribute to advanced software solutions, focusing on the monitoring and diagnostics of harbor cranes and peripheral equipment.
You will start in a small dedicated team of engineers and collaborate closely with colleagues of the Cranes department in the Netherlands and Germany, maintaining close contact with several project engineering teams. You will be able to directly address the current en future challenges presented by large and high-tech cranes in an interconnected environment.
Responsibilities include:

• Complex programing within WinCC OA.
• Actively participating in the development of monitoring solutions for harbor cranes.
• Creating materials like engineering documents and presentations

• Student of Bachelor’s degree in IT, electrical engineering or industrial automation.
• Eager to lean software programming languages like C,C#, TIA Portal, WinCC.
• Business fluent English, ideally you also speak (and write) Dutch.
