We are looking for an enthusiastic Engineer Structural Calculations.

The position
As an Engineer Structural Calculation, you will play a key role in our engineering team, focusing on structural analysis and calculations for wind turbine components. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge renewable energy technology.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Carrying out calculations for dimensioning and evaluating of mechanical wind turbine components using analytical and numerical methods.
- Coordination with other departments (design, load calculation).
- Assessment of static and fatique strength, uniaxial and multiaxial.
- Collaboration in the further development of verification and calculation methods.
- Collaboration in the further development of calculation tools and the automation of calculation processes.
- Development of innovative solutions for design changes and new developments.
- Preparation of certification reports.

What we ask of you
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience with FEA software (e.g. Ansys, Abaqus or similar FEA tools) and knowledge of its capabilities and limitations.
- Knowledge of using statistical programmes and knowledge of precast concrete technology.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
