Vacature
We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Project Lead Industrialization.

Tasks & responsibilities
- Participation in product industrialization after handover from product development.
- Support with operational issues from (pre-)series production and field performance.
- Preparation of costing measures.
- Create project plans to manage the cross-functional team in accordance with the project scope.
- Support for active project management
- Perform day-to-day project management throughout the program lifecycle
- Manage project budget, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions
- Coordination of projects and their dependencies as well as cross-project use and management of resources
- Manage project product changes together with the Product Change Manager.
- Preparation of information and results for (top) management.

- Degree in engineering, mechanical engineering or electrics.
- Basic Project Management Knowledge.
- Good knowledge of English and Dutch.
- Awareness of interrelationships within an organization.
- Cross-functional communication and leadership skills.
- Holistic thinking in the organization.
- Ability to communicate with senior management.
- Willingness to engage in conflict, based on facts and figures.
