Kwalificaties/Vereisten:

• Precisie in uitvoering: Als assistent productieoperator sta je vooraan in ons productieproces en zorg je ervoor dat elke taak nauwkeurig en professioneel wordt uitgevoerd. Je bent betrokken bij een breed scala aan activiteiten, van het verwerken van farmaceutische producten tot het naleven van de strenge Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Streven naar uitmuntendheid: Je rol is van vitaal belang bij het handhaven van de hoge normen waar Johnson & Johnson bekend om staat. Je helpt bij het bewaken van de middelen, het bijhouden van up-to-date kennis van industriële voorschriften en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je training en ontwikkeling, zodat je altijd aan de top van je kunnen staat.
• Voorstander van voortdurende verbetering: Je krijgt de kans om hiaten tussen doelstellingen en werkelijke prestaties te identificeren en ideeën voor verbetering aan te dragen. Jouw proactieve benadering helpt ons om voorop te blijven lopen bij het leveren van producten van hoge kwaliteit die een verschil maken in het leven van mensen.

• Ervaring en deskundigheid: Je hebt een MBO-2 diploma nodig met relevante ervaring en een goed begrip van GMP, EHSS en Lean principes. Kennis van DELTA V, SAP, eLims, MES, chromatografie of celculturen is een pluspunt, maar niet noodzakelijk.
• Technisch onderlegd: basiskennis van MS Office en zakelijke toepassingen is vereist.
• Tweetalig voordeel: Een B2-niveau in het Nederlands of Engels C1-niveau is vereist, waarbij vaardigheden in beide talen een aanzienlijk voordeel zijn.
• Veerkracht en nauwkeurigheid: Je blijft kalm onder druk, werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, zodat elke taak volgens de hoogste normen wordt uitgevoerd.
• Probleemoplosser: Je reageert snel op afwijkingen, denkt vooruit en bent altijd op zoek naar manieren om processen en resultaten te verbeteren.
• Houdt van flexibel werken: We werken met een 16/7 of 24/7 ploegendienst. #RPOAMS
