We are seeking a motivated BIM Specialist to join our team that focuses in optimizing BIM processes for data centers during the operations phase. Acting as client representatives, you will ensure project excellence and documentation accuracy. This role begins with technical responsibilities and offers a clear progression path to becoming a coordinator. You will support the implementation of ACC and BIM 360 platforms, ensuring compliance with client standards and enhancing project efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct QA/QC activities to maintain project quality standards.
  • Managing client issue tracker tool for task management and communication.
  • Assist in setting up, administering, and maintaining BIM360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud for models and drawings.
  • Assist in setting up, administering, and maintaining the Client specific EDMS for the rest of the project documentation.
  • Support onboarding new users to the platform.
  • Perform model corrections and ensure integrity during project phases.
  • Assist in project kick-offs, onboarding vendors, and managing project requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.

Growth Opportunities:

As you gain experience, you will transition into a coordinator role with responsibilities including:

  • Developing and optimizing standards, processes, and workflows.
  • Monitoring project progress, conducting impact studies, and liaising with stakeholders.
  • Leading QA/QC initiatives and managing EDMS for larger projects.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in BIM within relevant industries.
  • Familiarity with BIM 360 and Autodesk Construction Cloud and other EDMS platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project coordination and client representation.
  • Knowledge of data center operations and construction processes.
  • Proven experience in Document Control within relevant industries.
