We are looking for a Business Administration Support l to be hired with an Apprenticeship for Smart Infrastructure in Milan, who will be trained in 2 years.

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the- art training to develop your personal and professional skills and you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career steps

Your Challenge

As a Business Administration Support you will support the Business in the following main activities

• Preparing reports and power point presentation
• Invoicing management and other business documents
• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks
• Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner

Required entry qualifications:

• You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
• You are fresh graduate and you have an economical academical background
• Proficiency in English and Italian
• Understanding of data analytics with a data driven and digital attitude/approach
• Digital acume and innovative attitude in preparing and processing data
• Basic elements of data scientist techniques and methodologies is a plus
• Passion to never-stop growing
• Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
• Eligibility to work in Italy
