As our Business Development Specialist – S³P, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion in the Netherlands, UK, and Ireland. You’ll join a skilled team passionate about technology, sales, and building strong lasting relationships with clients.

Your Responsibilities

  • Acquire new customers in the Netherlands, UK, and Ireland.
  • Lead technical sales conversations, offering consultative, value-based solutions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our presence.
  • Build and deepen relationships with key clients and industry players connected to stainless steel.
  • Confidently use digital sales tools like Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to drive data-informed decisions and maintain a structured, high-performing pipeline.
  • Developing new customers through face-to-face meetings, maintaining strong momentum and visibility.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in technical sales with a proven “hunter” mentality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science) — or equivalent expertise gained through practical experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (other languages like German, French, or Italian are a plus).
  • Track record of new business acquisition in metals or stainless steel-related industries.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and a metrics-driven approach.
