Introduction

As a business process analyst – Logistics, you will be part of a dynamic engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-quality IT application solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing customer experience, automating processes, and ensuring operational excellence across domains such as SAP/ERP, PLM, Middleware, and UX design.

Role & Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our IT team, transforming business requirements into effective, high-quality SAP solutions. You’ll partner closely with business teams, helping them streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement IT solutions that align with SAP best practices.

You will be a key player within our Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), working in the "Logistics" Agile Release Train (ART). Our global operations span across multiple countries, including the Netherlands, Germany, US, Taiwan, and Korea, and you’ll be integral in ensuring all IT applications in/near our customer sites run smoothly and effectively.

Your expertise will be critical in challenging business teams to stay close to SAP standards while aligning with ASML’s architecture goals. You’ll guide business stakeholders through process improvements, functional design, and customized SAP configurations. You'll also play a pivotal role in testing, training, and providing ongoing support to key users.

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve new and existing applications with a focus on scalability and quality.
  • Support customer integrations and resolve production issues through root cause analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and contribute to process documentation.
  • Co-design application architecture and develop prototypes for digital products.
  • Execute testing procedures, monitor performance, and ensure compliance and security.

Additionally:
You will contribute to team knowledge sharing, mentor junior colleagues, and provide regional support where applicable. This includes incident support and participation in global or region-specific projects.

Education & Experience

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT application development and engineering.
  • Knowledge of SAP EWM, C4C, MFS, and AI is a plus, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Deep understanding of theoretical concepts and practical application across multiple IT domains.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discussions and mentor peers.
