As a Packer / Box Builder, you are the specialist who ensures that technical products are transported safely and securely. This is not your average packing job: every day you create custom boxes, crates, and bundles, sometimes up to 8 meters long! You work with wood and technical components, cut materials to size yourself, and assemble everything firmly with a nail gun, screws, and beams. Sometimes you work independently, sometimes together with colleagues on large orders. You’ll also use an overhead crane to secure products and load trucks when an order is complete. You keep the paperwork in order with packing slips and labels.

No day is the same: one time you’re building a huge wooden crate, the next you’re collaborating with your team to find the smartest way to bundle products. • Experience with technical or practical work (0 to 5 years)
• Handy and good spatial awareness
• Enjoy working with wood and custom projects
• Forklift experience is a plus, or you’re willing to learn

This is your workplace: you'll join a technical company in Boxtel where custom work and quality are key. You'll be part of a professional, down-to-earth team of about 90 colleagues in a safe, covered workshop. Here, high-quality technical solutions are made for a wide range of industries. The atmosphere is collegial—everyone helps each other, and you’ll work day shifts of 8 hours, starting between 6:00 and 7:30 AM (in consultation). You’ll work 32 to 40 hours a week and have plenty of opportunities to work independently and to team up on bigger projects.
