Cleanroom Package Lead

We are looking for an experienced Cleanroom Package Lead (Werkvoorbereider W).

It concerns to support the Project Manager to prepare and execute a Cleanroom / HVAC modification in a live Pharma facility during a shutdown period in January.

Project location: Geel.

The package lead (werkvoorbereider) should understand the scope of works packages for the contractors and follow up with day to day planning.

Check if all materials are ordered and received, make sure contractors resources are planned and during shutdown adheres to the day to day activities.

As a package lead, you ensure that the preparatory work at the project site can be carried out by the project team without any problems. A small selection of the activities on a working day:

• Brdiging the gap between completion of the design scope of work packages and the delivery of project scope during construction.
• Collecting all necessary (technical) information, so you can prepare work instructions and work plans.
• Checking if the design is complete and there are no gaps with the contractors scope of works.
• Determining the technical execution (such as materials, operations and order) in consultation with the Project Manager.
• Taking care of the actual ordering and presence of materials, based on the planning drawn up by the Planner.
• Guiding and advising on projects regarding the technical execution during a shutdown period. Preparation together with the assigned contractors is key.
• Having work drawings approved in time to provide the IFC package to the contractors (Issued For Construction).
• Informing stakeholders such as QA about requirements regarding the execution of the work.

You work mainly on the project site in Geel

• Bachelor or Master degree in the Mechanical Engineering field.
• 2-5 years of relevant experiance
• Experience with Cleanroom & HVAC design is a must
• Experience in a position as Work Planner and the related tasks
• You have practical experience in relation to standards, safety regulations, quality and inspection requirements, sketching, drawing, construction and document, drawing and data management.
• Obviously you can work well with various software programs
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English
