This transformation has allowed us to create Competences to drive quality in everything we do, bringing together brilliant minds from across IT to help shape the future of our operations.

One of our core teams, the Service Management Competence, focuses on IT operational processes (e.g., ITIL) and ensures we’re setting the highest standards for DevOps and Managed Service Providers. This is where you come in!

Role and Responsibilities

As the Service Management Competence Lead, you’ll be at the helm of shaping our vision and executing it alongside a dynamic team of IT experts. Think of it as being the Product Owner of our competence – guiding the team with your vision, keeping us on track, and ensuring that all areas of IT are aligned and actively participating.

You will:

  • Set the long-term vision and maintain the competence backlog, driving impactful outcomes;
  • Build strong relationships and manage stakeholders across all levels of IT, ensuring seamless collaboration;
  • Inspire and mobilize colleagues from different Departments and ARTs to be part of the competence;
  • Periodically demo the amazing work your team is producing, highlighting progress and results;
  • Align frequently with other competence leads to enhance the overall competence framework.

Education and experience

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT, with a solid background in Agile environments;
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role (e.g., Service Delivery Manager, Product Owner);
  • Strong technical understanding of IT in an Agile context;
  • Hands-on experience handling ITIL processes within an Agile setting and with external Service Providers;
  • MSc or BSc in Information Management or a related field.
