Contracts Administrator (Mechanical)

We are looking to recruit a Contracts Administrator (Mechanical) for a major pharma construction project close to Geel, Belgium.

• Administer contracts for mechanical systems including HVAC, process piping, and clean utilities
• Support procurement and tendering for mechanical work packages
• Review mechanical contractor submittals and documentation for contractual compliance
• Track mechanical variation orders and evaluate cost/schedule impacts
• Maintain documentation for mechanical systems installation and commissioning
• Verify mechanical contractor payment applications against work completed
• Participate in mechanical coordination meetings and provide contract input
• Support mechanical close-out, system testing, and completion certification

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
• Knowledge of mechanical systems in pharmaceutical facilities (HVAC, utilities, process piping)
• 5+ years' experience in contracts administration for mechanical installations
• Familiarity with GMP requirements for pharmaceutical mechanical systems
