In the Global Warehouse Service (GWS) department we are looking for a strong Global Warehousing Services data analyst to take analytics and performance management to the next level. To support our customers in the continuous operation of ASML machines in their chip production fabs, ASML keeps spare parts and tools in warehouses close to our customers. In total we have around 60 service and factory warehouses globally. The Global Warehouse Service team, is tasked to ensure  the warehouses are ready to support our customers in the most efficient way. This means that all facilities need to be fit for purpose, provide enough space, sufficient skilled manpower that use the standard way of working, and performance reporting needs to be in place.

Role and Responsibilities

The performance of the current warehouses is measured over several KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators). It will be your responsibility to support operations with reporting via maintaining tools and dashboards, improving them from either own initiative or suggestions coming from your stakeholders. With your support, the data will be used by business representatives to manage external parties, like 3PL’s. You will participate in improvement projects, by providing relevant data and develop reporting tools towards new business needs. Based on the insights from data, it will be your task to provide suggestions for improvement opportunities coming from benchmarking across global warehouses. You will be closely working with finance representatives to link operational performance of warehouses with their financial performance, within the monthly reporting schedule. The organization changes will require your support to enable implementation of standard KPI’s towards new warehouses.

On top of this, You will:

  • Maintain, improve and develop the warehouse reporting tools and dashboards in close cooperation with operations

  • Analyze and present the results, from detailed to high level

  • Maintain process adherence, identify gaps and opportunities for improvements

  • Support in performance management of the ASML warehouses and link with financial performance

  • Initiate and drive improvements that resolves structural issues

  • Support or manage warehousing improvement projects

  • Build relationships with wide range of internal and external stakeholders, for example: IT, operations, business, management

Education and experience
  • Master in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Mathematics, Finance,

  • 3-5 years experience in data analytics & reporting

  • Analyzing and interpretating big sets of logistics data, including visualization

  • Experience in Excel, Spotfire, SAP and PowerBI

  • Background in a Supply Chain or Warehousing

  • Experience in programing and building scripts

  • Financial background is an advantage

  • Experience with 3PL’s is an advantage
