ASML is looking for a Finance Process Improvement Expert to work on the preparation for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This is a unique opportunity to grow within ASML and shape the future of our Finance function.

To achieve our Finance ambitions, we believe the migration to S/4HANA including various process improvements of the business performance management cycle are essential to enabling ASML’s future growth and success. We are looking for a professional who has a huge drive to standardize, simplify and automate finance processes to world class level. As Finance Process Improvement Expert, you are working closely with the business, IT and other process experts and involve yourself in the key Finance projects.

Role and Responsibilities

As Finance Process Improvement Expert, your key responsibilities are:

• Prepare for the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for the end to end finance processes
• Work on continuous improvements related to business performance management cycle through best practices on process, data and technology
• Work closely with finance professionals, business process owners,  architects, other process experts and project teams
• Ensure business adoption of projects and continuous improvements.
• Ensure internal controls are embedded in the process and automated with the support of the internal control specialists

Education and experience

• 8-10 years relevant working experience in either general process expertise, Manufacturing & Inventory process expertise or Sales & Service process expertise
• Deep understanding of the finance processes including how such processes are supported by state of the art solutions like SAP (ECC, S4HANA), RPA and other specific tooling
• Experience and knowledge of ERP migrations and finance process improvement projects
• Experience and knowledge from a multinational organization
