As Health & Safety Manager Benelux, you will combine strategic leadership, regulatory expertise, and operational excellence.

You will:

• Act as the Head of the Internal Prevention Service in Belgium, playing a key role in ensuring compliance with Belgian legislation, while also supporting the Dutch regulatory framework.
• Be the driving force behind our Health & Safety culture, inspiring teams and leaders across projects and offices to prioritise safety and wellbeing.
• Shape and structure the H&S function in a fast-growing organisation: implement processes, improve ways of working, and ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
• Partner closely with senior leadership, with a clear voice and mandate to influence decisions, steer priorities, and contribute to building strong H&S teams across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Belgian and Dutch legal requirements, translating regulation into practical, workable solutions for our teams.
• Support projects throughout their lifecycle, providing expert advice from early design stages through to construction and handover.
• Drive performance through KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring we not only meet but exceed industry standards.
• Lead incident management, learning culture, and behavioural safety initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and engagement at all levels.

• Certified Prevention Advisor Level I (Belgium).
• Strong knowledge of Belgian H&S legislation and familiarity (or willingness to develop expertise) in Dutch regulations.
• A proven leader who can bring structure, clarity, and direction in a complex environment.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
• A strong communicator who can influence, coach, and inspire teams and stakeholders.
• Fluent English speaker with a preference for a second language an advantage (Dutch or French)
