Are you ready to take HR at Lely to the next level? As HR Manager, you will lead the HR Business Partner team (3 FTE) and act as a strategic HR Business Partner for one of our management teams. You’ll be part of the HR Management Team (HRMT) and collaborate closely with colleagues from Talent Acquisition, the Lely Academy, and HR Project Management. Together, we drive the ongoing professionalisation of HR in a fast-growing international organisation.
Your key responsibilities:
You bring broad experience as an HR Business Partner in a matrixed or complex organisation, and are skilled in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. You have a clear and compelling vision of HR, which you can translate into both strategy and execution. Analytical by nature, you never lose sight of the human aspect. Your approachable and warm personality allows you to easily navigate a dynamic environment with various interests.
