Job description

As a Junior Mendix Developer, you will work on developing applications that are essential for supporting our energy infrastructure. You will translate the needs of the organization into effective Mendix solutions, including both new application development and maintenance of the Mendix platform.

With our training plan for Junior Mendix Developers, we ensure that you are well-prepared for this responsible role. Whether you already have experience or not, we offer suitable training modules.

In addition to content-specific training within your department, you will participate in personal development training during the first six months of your employment, alongside other Young Professionals at Enexis. This unique combination of hard skills and personal development training allows you to develop yourself, to get to know the organization, and to rapidly expand your network. Your Responsibilities

• Inspire and engage colleagues in Mendix developments.
• Actively participate in the team's learning and innovative nature.
• Lead the organization and team in improving quality, code conventions, security and test management.
• Support the architect in the continuous development and integration of the Mendix platform.
• Ask the right questions and have a critical analytical perspective to arrive at the best solutions.
• Learn and work within the training plan for Young Professionals.

You'll Work With

Your colleagues from the ICT department. Here, you will form a team with colleagues you work closely with. We work in an Agile manner in a SAFe context and maintain close contacts with other teams and disciplines.

How You Approach It

As a Junior Mendix Developer, you develop innovative applications on the Mendix platform, involving projects like optimizing business processes and solving complex issues. With analytical thinking, creativity, proactivity, and good communication skills, you contribute to the success of our development team. Additionally, you have:

• A background in or affinity with ICT.
• Analytical, creative, and problem-solving thinking ability.
• Proactive and flexible attitude.
• Good communication skills and you are a teamplayer.
• Interest in the mission of Enexis and the energy transition.

For this position is it important that you already live and work in the Netherlands. Full remote work is not possible.

• Salary between € 3.415 and € 4.878 gross per month (based on 40 hours per week). Including secondary benefits, your salary can reach up to € 6.278,- gross per month.

• Personal budget of 10% plus a 13th-month payment of 10.7% of your gross annual salary. You can flexibly spend this or have it paid out monthly or annually.
• 24.5 vacation days with full-time employment. Need more recharge time? With your personal budget and 13th month, you can buy up to 35.5 additional leave days.
• Opportunities to work from home, including a home office setup and home office allowance.
• Laptop or tablet and phone that you can use privately.
