As a Key Account Manager in our consumer products team, you play a key role in expanding our retail presence and driving consumer sales growth through strategic retail partnerships. For our Central Office in Dinteloord, we are looking for a: Key Account Manager Consumer Products

What will you be doing?

  • You are responsible for the retail sales of consumer sugar products (branded, our own Van Gilse brand and private label sugar specialties) to your own retail customer portfolio, including major supermarket chains, specialty stores, and e-commerce platforms. To this end, you work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Category Management teams;
  • Developing and executing comprehensive account strategies including category plans, promotional calendars, and new product introductions across multiple retail channels;
  • Managing the complete sales cycle from initial retail presentations and category reviews to contract negotiations, promotional execution, and performance analysis;
  • Maintaining sales forecasts and retail data in SAP while managing customer insights and promotional performance in our CRM system;
  • Identifying consumer trends, retail opportunities, and market developments to drive category growth and market share expansion;
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration on retail innovation projects, sustainable packaging initiatives, and consumer marketing campaigns;
  • Championing Cosun Beet Company's sustainability story and innovation pipeline within the retail environment;
  • You report to the Manager Sales Consumer Products Benelux. Your team consists of 1 Sales Manager, 3 Key Account Managers Consumer Products, and 2 Customer Service specialists focused on retail support.
Wat neem je mee?
  • An HBO or University degree working and thinking level (for example in the direction of Commercial Economics, Food Technology, International Business);
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in an B2C environment;
  • You are a natural networker who sees opportunities and takes advantage of them;
  • You are self-confident, down to earth and a natural people person;
  • Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and English and preferably German;

  • Je leren kennen

    Wat goed je bent nog in de procedure! Tijdens dit gesprek gaan we nog wat dieper op de zaken in. Daarnaast willen ook deze personen je nog wat beter leren kennen, zodat we zeker weten dat we een mooie match hebben.
