We are seeking a Manager to lead a team of D&E business and process improvement engineers. You will work closely with business process owners, subject matter experts, the business process management team, data analysts, D&E cluster quality management teams, and the D&E change management organization. Your role is to continue growing a team of business and process improvement engineers who contribute to the success of continuous improvement projects and drive a continuous improvement mindset using Six Sigma and Lean competencies.
Build and lead a team of engineers who deliver business and process improvements for the R&D sectors.
Support improvement projects with value stream improvement, analytical, and change management skills.
Define and execute the strategy for fostering a continuous improvement mindset in an R&D environment.
Develop a high-performing team and enhance Six Sigma, Lean, and problem-solving competencies within your team and the R&D organization.
Implement an agile approach to prioritize continuous improvement projects, focusing on predefined success criteria (e.g., efficiency).
Preferred: Master’s degree in a technical field or strong affinity with an engineering/high-tech environment.
10+ years of experience in business improvement and/or business process management (e.g., consultancy, quality management, business transformation).
7+ years proven experience as an inspirational leader capable of motivating teams during periods of significant growth and change.
Experience working in a complex, multinational company environment.
A Black Belt qualification in Lean and Six Sigma and relevant experience with those methodologies.
