Eneco is a company with international operations in the area of sustainable energy and innovation. Offshore wind is characterized by lightning-fast development of technology as well as changing market conditions and regulations. Eneco's offshore portfolio currently consists of 7 wind farms: Prinses Amaliawindpark (PAWP), Luchterduinen, Blauwwind, Norther, Seamade and HKN Crosswind. HKW Ecowende is under construction will be ready in Q4 2026. Further growth will come from our development of new offshore wind farms in Northwestern Europe. Eneco Wind Offshore Operations (EWOO) makes an important contribution to continuous improvement based on its knowledge and experience.
We are looking for a Marine & Maintenance Coordinator in the Balance of Plant (BoP) team.
In this position you are responsible for the planning and coordination of the BoP above- and underwater scope of our offshore wind farms. You will be the linking pin between all our offshore windfarms and act as spider in the web between vessels, maintenance teams and our Operations Control Center. Your goal is to keep the state of the windfarms to the required level and contribute to continuous improvement. In this job you will enjoy the support and expertise when required.
You can quickly master your new environments and situations. You have focus, attention to detail and execution power. This allows you to achieve the intended objectives in an ever-changing environment. You are focused on continuous improvement and are commercially driven.

Eneco Wind has grown in recent years to become the largest offshore wind operator in the Netherlands and consists of a highly motivated team of professionals. The WTG core teams for each windfarm are supported by a centralised Balance of Plant team, a team of Asset analysts and specialists in the field of HSE and Ecology. You will report directly to the operations manager leading the BoP team. Eneco has the following office policy: 40% of the week at the office, 40% working from home and 20% flexible.
