Marketing & Sales Support Specialist

In this position, you will combine marketing and sales enablement to make a direct impact on colleagues and customers. You will strengthen strategic customer relationships, support sales professionals, and help position innovative solutions in the global market. • Support regional sales teams (Modality Specialists and Key Account Managers) in strategic customer engagement.
• Organize customer visits at the Customer Experience Center (CEC) and reference sites.
• Develop and deliver sales training programs.
• Provide sales teams with answers and guidance related to the product portfolio.
• Monitor and analyze the global competitive landscape and translate insights into actionable information for sales.
• Contribute to the development of strategic tender requirements.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales enablement, sales strategy, marketing, sales training, or process optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Affinity with or knowledge of medical technology (Image Guided Therapy portfolio) is a plus.
