Operations Lead Printing and Handheld Scanner Services

Our IT division is at the core of driving operational excellence and optimizing business processes. We’re looking for an IT Operations Lead to join our Print Solutions team, responsible for managing and enhancing mission-critical print and scanner services used by both internal teams and external suppliers worldwide. Role and Responsibilities
As the IT Operations Lead in the Print Solutions team, you’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations of key services like multi-function printers, handheld scanners, and SaaS applications like VPSX (for printing) and SOTI MobiControl (for scanners). Your focus will be on improving service performance, usability, and security through automation and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with vendors, stakeholders, and team members in a highly collaborative, Agile (SAFe) environment to meet evolving business needs.

You’ll lead operational activities, ensuring incidents and service requests are efficiently handled, and perform root cause analysis with vendors to enhance service delivery. As part of a tight-knit, high-performing team, you’ll contribute to improving operational processes, document solutions, and actively participate in Kanban events to continuously improve service quality.

Education and experience

We need someone with experience in incident and problem management, ideally in large enterprise IT environments. Familiarity with tools like VPSX, SOTI MobiControl, and concepts like secure printing and Azure Active Directory will set you up for success. You should be a strong communicator, a team player, and proactive in solving problems and driving improvements. A result-driven, out-of-the-box mentality will be key to thriving in this role.

Skills

• Familiar with firewall rules, load balancers, Active Directory, and Azure AD. Experience with VPSX and SOTI MobiControl is preferred.
• Background in incident/problem management and working in enterprise IT environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a problem-solving mindset. Experience in Agile (Kanban/DevOps) teams is a plus.
