Operator 3-shift system

Work only one night shift every four weeks in a 3-shift system! Join a growing company in the food industry in Echt as an Operator and help produce high-quality bakery products. Become part of a dynamic team focused on innovation and quality.

As an Operator, you play a key role in the production process. You make sure the production lines run smoothly and that the final products meet the highest quality standards. Your daily tasks include:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting production machines
• Troubleshooting minor malfunctions and identifying deviations
• Performing quality checks
• Switching and adjusting production lines
• Recording production data
• Keeping machines and your workspace clean according to hygiene and safety regulations You work in a 3-shift system with the following hours:
• Morning shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM You receive a 15% shift allowance for afternoon and night shifts.

• Gross salary between €2,900 and €3,500 per month, depending on experience, excluding shift allowance
• 15% shift allowance for afternoon and night shifts
