As an Operator in the bakery, you are the specialist behind the production of delicious, fresh bread. You work in a close-knit, enthusiastic team where your ideas for improving processes are always welcome. Each day is different, but your focus is always on quality and efficiency.

Your main tasks:

• Weighing and preparing ingredients for the bread production process
• Setting up and operating modern bakery machines
• Monitoring the entire production process and intervening when needed
• Performing regular quality checks on products
• Solving minor technical issues on the production line
• Keeping the workspace clean and safe at all times
• Suggesting improvements for the production process

You will work in various shifts, including night shifts from 02:00 to 10:00, day shifts from 06:00 to 14:00 or 10:00 to 18:00, and occasionally on Saturdays from 06:00 to 14:00.
