ASML's Quality & Business Performance Improvement (QBPI) organization has been set up to build an organizational structure and way of working to increase the effectiveness of ASML's initiatives to improve business performance. These initiatives usually require strongly aligned cross-sector collaboration to be really effective. As Organizational change manager within the QBPI environment, you are responsible to drive change management throughout the project management process and therefore with a cross-sector focus. Besides supporting the project team, you support other capabilities like project management, benefits management, learning, communication and team development.
Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role you report to the Group lead Change Management & learning and you work together with the Change management competence center to align on change management approach, challenges and progress. As Organizational change manager, you:
Takes ownership and responsibility in the change management part of the execution of projects (products)
Responsible for the change management related topics in the BPI-KD process
Define and execute appropriate interventions to mitigate Change Management risks
Advises, designs and agrees the change part of the portfolio strategy and plan
Functionally manages the CCLT (Change, Communication, Learning and Team development) Plan
Support leadership in their role as “change manager”
Bachelor's or master's degree in a business and/or technical field, or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in different environments/businesses with a proven track record in change management and facilitating change
Experience in working in large scale Change projects (>2500Keuro) in a technical industrial cross-cultural environment
Profound knowledge and experience with Benefits management, learning, program- and project management and communication
Experience and/or network in >1 ASML-sectors is a big plus
Knowledge of / experience with Lean and Agile principles is a big plus
