Overview

PM Group are seeking an experienced E&I Package Owner to join our pharma construction project team in Geel, Belgium.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical and instrumentation package delivery from design development through commissioning for a pharma manufacturing facility
  • Oversee E&I design coordination including power distribution systems, process control integration, and instrumentation requirements for pharmaceutical operations
  • Manage contractor selection, performance monitoring, and quality control for electrical installations including cleanroom power systems and process automation
  • Coordinate with process engineers and automation specialists to ensure E&I systems meet pharmaceutical manufacturing requirements and regulatory standards
  • Supervise installation of critical electrical infrastructure including emergency power and UPS systems
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, EU safety directives, and pharmaceutical industry standards throughout E&I construction phases
  • Manage package budgets, change control processes, and schedule adherence while maintaining quality standards for pharmaceutical-grade installations
  • Facilitate design reviews, technical specifications approval, and coordination meetings with multidisciplinary project teams
  • Oversee E&I commissioning activities including system testing, loop checking, and performance qualification protocols for validation

Qualifications

  • Experienced managing E&I construction projects, preferably within pharmaceutical or process manufacturing industries
  • Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, EU safety standards, and pharmaceutical industry requirements for electrical and control systems
  • Experience with pharma facility qualification for electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Understanding of process control systems, automation technologies, and specialized electrical requirements for pharma manufacturing
  • Proven track record managing complex technical packages with multiple stakeholders and regulatory requirements
  • Bachelor's degree / diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related technical discipline
  • Proficiency in English + Dutch and/or French languages advantageous
