ASML Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is seeking a dynamic Product Owner to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and ensuring its successful execution. The CRE organization is responsible for new build, rebuild, operation and maintenance of the ASML infrastructure, installations, and buildings.

Role and ResponsibilitiesLead the development and communication of the Solutions Roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the overall organizational strategy and long-term goals.
Establish strong cross functional (IT, Procurement, and other relevant department) collaboration, ensuring a holistic alignment of technology Solutions with organizational strategies.
Engage with executives and key stakeholders independently, leading effective communication and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities, and managing expectations.
Have a deep understanding of business priorities, oversee, and strategically manage the overall Solution backlog.
Organize a (key) user community of practice and take a leadership role in coaching the (key) user community, elevating their understanding and engagement to a mature and strategic level. Champion the voice of the customer, ensuring a strong user-centric approach.
Lead market trend analysis, identifying opportunities for strategic advantage.
Proactively identify, assess, and address complex business and IT opportunities and risks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate potential issues.
Provide strong leadership in inspiring, coaching, and leading the scrum team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Lead the definition and monitoring of KPIs for the team and product portfolio, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of its success and impact.
Manage financial aspects independently, contributing to budgeting and ROI optimization.
Take a prominent role in making high-level strategic decisions, shaping the direction of product features, partnerships, and market positioning with a deep understanding of the business context.
Education:
A master’s or bachelor’s degree
Agile and SAFe certifications
Experience:
8+ years of work experience of which at least 3-4 years in a Product Owner role in an Agile, multidisciplinary environment.
Proven track record of Leadership / Managerial Skills.
Proven prior experience as a Product Owner in a scaled agile environment (SAFe) is preferable.
Experience with Integrated Workplace Management System (IWSM), Building Automation, and Smart applications is preferable.
Set a clear product vision and make aligned decisions.
Clearly articulate goals and listen to feedback.
Work well with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
Adapt to changes and handle setbacks positively.
Know the product deeply and be proficient in agile practices.
Manage time well and ensure quality delivery.
