The company you will work for manufactures a variety of wooden products. One day you might be at the cutting machine or assisting in the spray department, while the next day you could be assembling parts or perhaps even putting together a complete door frame. Sounds exciting, doesn't it? The products you make are so diverse, small or large. Products can weigh up to 30 kilograms, and of course, you'll be lifting together.

Your day starts at 7:45 AM with a cup of coffee and a daily briefing. Together with your team, tasks and goals are discussed, so you know which products you need to make that day. Every day is different, which means you are constantly developing, and there are plenty of opportunities—you can become an all-round employee or even grow into an operator. At the end of the day, you look back on a successful day in which you and your colleagues have completed everything neatly.
