To strenghten our OTS team and to support a project on site for a client in the pharmaceutical sector in the region of Brussels, we are searching for a "Project Equipment Buyer ".

Our OTS (Outsourced Technical Services) department supports projects in different sectors on basis of project staffing with consultants working at the client’s site.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
The Project Equipment Buyer will support the procurement department of the client in structuring and organizing the procurement procedures and negociations for project equipment for the site in the region of Brussels.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Experience in capex projects management.
- Understanding of capex project structuring and technical/financing options for large-scale projects.
- Experience in procurement (contracts management, negotiation, internal controls).
- Very good knowledge of equipment.
- Strong business ethics.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize objectives and tasks.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment (Europe).
- Ability to meet scheduled and demanding timelines.
- Analytical skills.
- Very good knowledge of French; English is a plus.
