Project Control Coordinator

PM Group is a leading International engineering, architecture, project and construction management firm. With a network of offices in Europe, Asia and the US and a multi-discipline team we deliver complex, capital projects in the life sciences, food and beverages, mission critical/ICT, advanced manufacturing, energy and environmental sectors.

We are looking to hire a Project Controls Coordinator to support the team working on a large scale Datacenter Construction Project in Belgium.

• Develop and maintain construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Monitor project progress against critical milestones and deliverables
• Prepare weekly progress reports and KPI dashboards
• Track and report on cost performance and budget variances
• Coordinate with construction teams, MEP contractors, and stakeholders
• Manage change control processes and impact assessments
• Support risk management and mitigation planning
• Ensure compliance with data center industry standards and timelines
• Suupport the team with administrative activities as required

• 3+ years project controls support experience in construction/infrastructure
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel
• Experience with data center, mission-critical, or industrial projects preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Fluent in English; French or Dutch language skills advantageous
