Do you have the ambition to steer and drive improvement initiatives within the Customer Supply Chain? Can you structure complex problems, build teams to define solutions and drive the realization of targeted results? Do you understand the complexity of a global organization with x-sector interfaces. The Customer Supply Chain Management organization is positioned with the ASML Customer Service sector. Our mission is: Deliver material to our Customers in the Field on time, in full, and at the right quality and cost.
CSCM focusses on 4 key items:
Demand management: ensure all Field Demand is captured (at end-item level, e.g. SLA or FCO etc.) across all horizons (e.g., call-off via SO or capability set-up via 2-year forecast) Supply monitoring: oversee whether agreed Supply is actually coming into the Field Network and initiate actions when required to close gaps Operational Excellence: manage the (material in) the Network as efficiently as possible. That is, focus on correct and most efficient Inventory flow. For example, by moving material within the network based on risk assessments, or by making sure that stagnated material is brought back to usable stock Cost Control: ensure we stay in budget and are able to achieve our long term financial plans
