Are you an experienced Scrum Master who is eager to learn and apply Agile principles to help ASML expand its fast-growing business?
ASML IT is working Agile according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). All Agile teams are organized in Agile Release Trains (ARTs). The Identity & Access Management (IAM) ART is responsible for providing state-of-the-art and seamless IAM and Cryptography capabilities and services to the whole of ASML (globally). All teams within the ART work Agile and are moving into a DevOps way of working – you build it, you own it! The IAM ART consists of teams in the domains of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management (AM), Directory Services, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Cryptography Services (CS).
This role involves working in close consultation with the Release Train Engineer and other Scrum Masters to improve the ART and guide the ART to a next level of agile maturity.
Role and Responsibilities
As Scrum Master, you are a servant leader with strong coaching skills and broad (scaled) Agile experience. You train and coach your team(s) on Scrum practices, facilitate Scrum events, and continuously stimulate your team(s) to improve toward being highly autonomous yet highly aligned. You will be helping your team and the ART reach new heights with regards to predictability, quality, and agile mindset – not only within the team, but across the ART.
