ASML (Veldhoven, Netherlands)
ASML is an innovation leader in the semiconductor industry. We provide chipmakers with everything they need – hardware, software and services – to mass produce patterns on silicon through lithography.
It is essential that ASML has strategic insight into how to position its products and optimize its solutions for customers in order to deliver the best value proposition for the customer and to optimize the opportunity for ASML. This includes aspects like pricing and Cost of Ownership (CoO).
The responsibility for modelling customers’ patterning Cost of Ownership, the contribution of lithography therein, and how to price ASMLs lithography systems is centralized in the Corporate Marketing department within ASML’s Strategy & ESG Office, and the senior corporate marketing manager plays an important role in it.
This senior corporate marketing manager role resides in the Product team of the Corporate Marketing Department (CMKT). This CMKT-Product team aims to enable well-informed decision-making at ASML executive level by providing quantified patterning Cost of Ownership scenarios with in a consistent and transparent manner supported by clear narratives. Objective is to ensure long-term ASML business success through optimizing (price) positioning of ASMLs products and optimizing the ASML solution for the customer.
