Introduction to the job

The Integral Field Product Planning (IFPP) department is responsible for meeting these SLA’s at optimal costs.

You are the spider in the web for all that is related to Service Products and the costs/performance resulting from these agreements for field spare parts and tooling. You will work closely together with stakeholders to understand the customer’s service product need and translate this commitment or expectations into Service Product definition and business proposals. You will represent  Planning & Delivery in new Service Product developments and work together with stakeholders within and outside the department to determine impact of (new) customer contracts on supply chain cost and performance. You will also be responsible to design new processes to assess and implement new service business models from a Supply Chain Planning perspective.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Driving and implementing Service Product changes throughout the organization through continuous collaboration with stakeholders including Business Lines, Customer Service and Sales.
  • Translate customer’s Service Product needs into Service Planning Business proposals and/or New Service Products with associated process development.
  • Positioning Service Products & Installed Base projection correctly for monthly ASML plan cycle.
  • Managing and drive business cases and general implications for new Service Products and new customer contracts
  • Maintaining and further develop the Service Product overview and portfolio including the impact on costs and performance
  • Be the linking pin between people and processes all the way from sales to planning experts

Education and experience

  • Master's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
  • Has >8 years’ experience in supply chain management or Integrated Business planning
  • Experience with cross-sector collaboration
  • Affinity with planning processes (preferred)

  • Analytical and able to organize workload based on cross-sector requirements
  • Business sense, commercial attitude and customer-focus
