Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales & tendering strategy for the low/medium voltage installations. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions. The work model for the role is: Linkedin#hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification service group in The Netherlands. Main stakeholders are account managers and service coordinators. You will be mainly accountable for: • Creating, planning, and implementing service sales & tendering strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database. • Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume. • Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed • Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status. • Managing the team of sales support & tendering resources Our team dynamics You will join a tight team of technical specialists and sales colleagues.
