Purpose and reason for the existence of the job

HKW VI Windfarm is a new windfarm compromising of 40 Vestas V236 15mw offshore wind turbines siting within NCE Offshore Cluster 4. We are recruiting a site based service supervisor ensure safe and efficient operations at site. The vestas site team at HKW consists of 40 personnel. . You will have the opportunity to work in a growing industry and in a team of highly motivated employees.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our HKW VI Service team. Based offshore the service operation vessel (SOV) Shift Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the assets from the vessel on a 14/14 day rotation. Encompassing HSE, production performance, operations and maintenance and employee development

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Maintaining code of conduct, discipline and culture on the SOV
• Weekly and monthly report
• Facilitate SOV Technical and Team meetings
• Contingency planning for vessel operations
• Safety Walks and Turbine Visits/inspections
• Escalate HSE, performance and operational issues to the Service Manager
• Oversee management of subcontractors onboard vessel.

Qualifications

• IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, ERP systems, data processing and PowerPoint
• Full and clean driving license
• Experience in Management and Supervision
• Experience in Managing and developing efficient teams
