We now wish to recruit a Site Administrator / Document Controler for a large construction project in Belgium.

This a fully site based position.


Responsibilities

  • To support the Document Control Lead on the construction project with the day to day management of the Document Management System (DMS), to complete tasks with attention to details in a timely manner.
  • To support Trade Partners and Package Mangers with general queries regarding document control, to ask for support from Document Control Lead when needed.
  • To provide Admin Support to the Health & Safety Manager.

The below list of responsibilities is not exhaustive and should be used as a guide, other reasonable requests may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities: Training will be provided on all systems.

  • Process documentation through the systems
  • Fluent in the Microsoft suite of products
  • Update weekly & monthly reports
  • Process Technical Submittals & RFIs
  • Liaise with Trade Partners and Package Managers on documentation
  • QA check documentation for accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with Document Control procedures
  • Ensure information is kept secure
  • Updating weekly and monthly H&S reports
  • Updating activity and events on Workplace

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years in a professional site environment with a background in administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work.
  • Excellent ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio).
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English
