Minimum qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience at a management consulting firm, or equivalent project management experience in a line role for a technology or media firm.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to manage full project components and processes with limited guidance.
- Ability to create and execute project plans and show effective prioritization and pragmatic execution.
- Ability to identify business challenges and opportunities by taking customer needs in consideration and create plans for them by weighing risks.
- Ability to build strong relationships and partner across teams effectively to develop business solutions and communicate effectively within and with other teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and investigative, business judgment skills with the ability to communicate and present them back to executive sales leaders.

We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Work as a business partner to our Agency and Partners sales leaders in Northern Europe.
- Build strong professional relationships with executive leadership and provide an unbiased perspective to business challenges and opportunities. Act as both an advocate and challenger to the business partners and their management teams.
- Possess strong investigative skills and translate between business questions, data analysis and actionable insights.
- Manage the delivery of the annual business planning process in an aligned manner across the Northern European Agency and Partner teams. Drive robust prioritization, identification of opportunities and risks.
- Setup and drive strong governance across Northern Europe Agency and Partner teams to track progress towards our business ambition. Evaluate progress and recommend changes where necessary. Support day-to-day sales operations and analysis in tandem with our regional sales operations leads.
