Supply chain budget coordinator

ASML’s Supply chain organization is continuously aiming to better serve ASML’s customers, for example by providing on-time delivery of complex modules from our suppliers towards ASML’s factory. The goal is to establish a set-up that allows the engineers to perform with maximum efficiency and minimum downtime of our machines.

As Supply chain budget coordinator, you ensure the budget is adhered to and secured. You contribute to the successful delivery of all transport tooling to our suppliers for delivering modules to ASML and for all upgrades, relocations and installation events for our customers. Within the supply chain team, you ensure that suppliers can deliver the (thousands of) high-tech parts to ASML factory in a sustainable way by re-using transport tooling and at the site of the customer. While doing so, you make sure we meet the delivery requirements that have been agreed with the suppliers, ASML’s factory team, customers and ASML’s engineering team. You define, work out and implement improvements you encounter within your operational job.

In this position you are responsible for securing the budget to ensure sufficient funding is available to increase and maintain the rotating pool of transport tooling. It is a relatively new position in which you first need to finalize agreements and structure processes. Afterwards, the position will focus on providing insights in budget. You will not only be the first point of contact for internal project leads, but you are also:

- Working closely together with the finance department to ensure appropriate budget is requested and to provide accurate budget insights throughout the year.

- Working closely with Business Lines to ensure feasible budget decision can be made by cocreating business cases for new investments.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Finance, Economics or similar

- Relevant experience within a supply chain/logistic environment is a must

- Relevant experience with securing and maintaining budget

- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills are a must

- Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills in English is a must, Dutch verbal/written communication skills are a big plus

- Skilled in working with Excel is a must

- Experience with an ERP system is a big plus

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work.
