We are searching for the best talent for Technical Team Leader to be based in Amersfoort, Netherlands.

As a Technical Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of our technical projects and the growth of our dedicated team. You’ll lead with empathy and expertise, ensuring that our solutions are not only high-quality but also innovative and scalable. This role supports a technical department where collaboration and improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

This is a full-time position. We’re excited to welcome someone who’s passionate about leadership and technology!

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring a team of technical professionals to foster a collaborative, culture.
• Leading all aspects of project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with key performance goals.
• Providing hands-on technical guidance to support problem-solving and high-quality solution development.
• Promoting cross-functional collaboration and clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Proven experience in leading technical teams, with a strong background in device maintenance, robotics or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for mentoring and team development.
• Proficiency in technical tools and systems, and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch is preferred to support effective collaboration across teams.
