About Us

Are you eager to contribute to Damen’s digital solutions on board our vessels, both in the short and long term? Are you interested in shipbuilding and ship operations through remote monitoring? If so, we invite you to explore our vacancy and learn more about our Triton system!

Damen Digital Solutions plays a vital role in realizing our ambition to become the most sustainable and digitally connected shipyard in the world. As an independent startup within the Damen Group, we boast a multidisciplinary team of 30 enthusiastic professionals dedicated to innovation.

Our operations focus on three main areas: on-board automation, remote monitoring, and simulations. These technologies collectively enable a long-term vision toward autonomous functionalities. By analyzing current operations and reporting performance metrics, we provide insights into fuel consumption, emissions, and utilization, thereby assisting shipowners in making their fleets more sustainable and profitable.

To further enhance our business, Damen Digital Solutions is seeking a

To achieve optimal results, you will lead a project involving colleagues and stakeholders, to ensure effective and efficient workflows that adhere to quality standards, environmental guidelines, and safety regulations.

You will maintain close communication with stakeholders, including clients and the engineering department, to ensure all necessary information is accessible and that resources and components are available for system installation. As a dedicated Technical Project Manager, your excellent communication skills, enthusiasm for complex data systems on board vessels, and collaboration with sales colleagues will help unlock new opportunities for our customers.
