This is what you will do:
As a Technical Support engineer, you will work in the heart of the agricultural world, the farm. You will support our dealers and ensure they have the necessary knowledge about our products: Milking parlours and Milking robots. In this varied role you will  support our dealers remotely from our office or occasionally onsite at the farm. Providing support and solving issues is top priority. Our milking sollutions are crucial in the work of dairy farmers, cows need to be milked regularly and properly to keep them healthy and happy. 

In addition to supporting our dealers you will also share your knowledge and train them, together with your team. Doing so contributes not only to the satisfaction of our dealers and customers but also the quality of the business!

Your profile

• Education MBO, preferred in megatronics / agriculture.
• Accurate and problem-solving.
• Willing to learn and help.
• Flexible (every day is different).
• Willing to travel abroad.
• Willing to do 24/7 support (Milking properly is crucial)
• Communicative in English and Dutch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Affinity with agricultural sector. Background in dairy farming would be preferred but is not a must.
• French and/or Spanish would be a great advantage.
