As a
Test Automation Engineer
, you’ll ensure quality is built into every step of our development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with engineers, analysts, and product teams to design, implement, and maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, and APIs.
You won’t just test software—you’ll optimize how we build it. From integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines to refining user stories for better testability, you’ll help Eneco ship better software, faster.
You get excited about clean, automated code and tests that actually add value. You think about systems, edge cases, and long-term stability. You love a good pipeline, and you enjoy collaborating with devs and designers alike.
Solid programming skills in
Java, C#
(Python is a plus)
Hands-on experience with
test automation frameworks
(Playwright, Maestro, Rest Assured, Pytest)
Familiarity with
CI/CD tools
and version control (e.g., Git)
Understanding of
BDD
practices using Cucumber or SpecFlow
Exposure to
cloud-based testing
and
performance testing
tools like JMeter is a plus
Test Automation Development
: Build and maintain scalable, standards-compliant test automation using tools like Playwright, Maestro, Rest Assured, and Pytest.
CI/CD Integration
: Ensure your tests run reliably in pipelines and contribute to fast, safe releases.
Cross-Team Collaboration
: Work with developers, analysts, and product owners to refine stories and define test cases.
Issue Resolution
: Log and triage defects, support root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
Team Enablement
: Share knowledge with peers and help grow a quality-first engineering culture.
