We are now seeking an experienced Turnover Lead with PIMS expertise to manage handover of pharmaceutical manufacturing projects from construction to operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead turnover activities for mechanical, electrical, and civils systems to operational readiness
- Manage PIMS platform ensuring accurate documentation and system integrity throughout turnover
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary handover between construction, commissioning, and operations teams
- Ensure regulatory compliance and pharmaceutical industry standards
- Manage turnover documentation including O&M manuals, as-builts, certificates, and validation packages
- Track completion status of MEP systems and civil works
- Facilitate system demonstrations and training for operational teams
- Manage closeout ensuring systems meet acceptance criteria
Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years pharmaceutical project experience in manufacturing/laboratory environments
- Proven PIMS expertise (Aconex, Procore, or similar platforms)
- MEP and civil systems knowledge including HVAC, utilities, electrical, and site infrastructure
- Regulatory awareness of pharmaceutical validation requirements
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Engineering degree preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Civils)
