What you will be doing:
Senior support individual contributor that performs routine tasks with limited supervision and more sophisticated tasks with support. Guides other support team members on performing tasks that are typically not routine. Conducts processes and activities that support the Quality requirements for the Operations unit products. Demonstrates effective communication skills with both internal and external customers.
The employee is acquainted with the annual company and division goals and is aware of how they can influence these through their performance.
