• 5 years of experience in a project/program management, consulting, or client facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in online advertising technology, specifically with Measurement solutions.
• Knowledge of publisher, advertising market or online ads landscape.
• Ability to work independently and to manage multiple complex projects at the same time.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences effectively.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders, and excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation and influence skills.

gTech Ads is responsible for all support and media and technical services for customers big and small across our entire Ad products stack. We help our customers get the most out of our Ad and Publisher products and guide them when they need help. We provide a range of services from enabling better self help and in-product support, to providing better support through interactions, setting up accounts and implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for customers business and marketing needs and providing complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for our large customers. These solutions range from bespoke and customized ones for our customers to scalable support for millions of customers worldwide. Based on the evolving needs of our ads customers, we partner with Sales, Product and Engineering teams within Google to develop better solutions, tools, and services to improve our products and enhance our client experience. As a cross-functional and global team, we ensure our customers get the best return on investment with Google and we remain a trusted partner.

In this role, you will work closely with Partner Sales teams as a Solution Architect for Measurement solutions, ensuring we can deliver solutions needed by one of our biggest customers globally. You will work closely with an amazing group of Google techs (including Engagement Managers, Customer Solutions Engineers and Data Scientists) to deliver on growth ambitions led by our Sales team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to drive communication, prioritization, implementation, analysis, and resolution of customer challenges and issues. Participate in the analysis and research for complex technical challenges and work with Product Escalation teams.
• Advocate new product features and assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to help them build long-term success. Provide documentation and technical guidance to ensure the technical success of clients’ integrations.
• Drive the technical aspects of advertiser and publisher integrations by providing necessary documentation and guidance.
• Review current processes and design/develop tools, processes, and workflows to increase team productivity/efficiency.
• Ensure high product adoption and usage, be the primary day-to-day technical contact for a large global client, providing prompt, professional consultative support and service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
