CSCM NXE UIR Cost & Performance Analyst

The UIR Team (Upgrades, Installs and Relocations) is based within Customer Supply Chain Management and is responsible for managing the UIR products and material-flows to enable UIR events worldwide on correct and timely material availability against optimized costs.  

• Manage supply chain costs in close cooperation with Central and Regional teams
• Provide detailed (event-) cost analyses
• Provide monthly cost and KPI reporting
• Drive data quality and accuracy improvements
• Support cost reduction initiatives
• Develop detailed cost reduction roadmaps and monitor progress
• Identify, drive and implement process improvements within CP NXE UIR and between Departments
• Provide input for yearly budgeting cycle (TAP) and Long Term Financial Planning (LTFP)
• Prepare (cost-) reviews for Senior Management together with the CP NXE UIR staff

Degree:

Master/Bachelor degree in business administration, industrial engineering or supply chain

Work Experience:

4-9 years relevant experience in Customer Support and/or Supply Chain

• A minimum of five years’ experience in analytics and project management
• A minimum of at least five years’ experience in cost estimating
• Preferable experience with facilities for high-tech industries
• Experience balancing and organizing multiple projects or assignments
• Strong IT and data skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and preferably Spotfire
• Working knowledge of progress measurement methods and understanding of earned value system
• Open mindset, and willingness to do more with data
• Ability to present technical information in simple, non-technical terms
• Well-organized, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
• A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• A self-starter

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
