Role and Responsibilities
As an IT Innovation Specialist, you’ll be a catalyst for change—spotting trends, testing ideas, and turning bold concepts into real-world solutions. You’ll work across Departments and disciplines to co-create the future of ASML’s digital landscape. Your mission includes:

• Designing and driving innovation roadmaps that align with ASML’s strategic goals;
• Leading the full innovation lifecycle—from ideation to proof-of-concept to enterprise scaling;
• Scouting and experimenting with emerging technologies to unlock new business value;
• Rapidly prototyping and piloting solutions to test feasibility and impact;
• Collaborating with business and IT teams to co-develop use cases that matter;
• Translating global tech trends into actionable opportunities for ASML;
• Organizing hackathons, inspiration sessions, and other innovation-driving events;
• Building compelling business cases and storytelling decks to secure buy-in and scale success.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Information Management, or a related technical field;
• 3–8 years of experience in IT, innovation, or digital transformation roles;
• Proven experience with innovation management, design thinking, prototyping, and agile methodologies.
